The next meeting of the Unified Development Code Advisory Committee (UDCAC) will be held on February 2, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
In summary, the committee will be reviewing Chapters 260 (Street Naming, Addressing, & Vacation of Public Property) and 290 (Nonconforming Situations).
The February 2nd meeting agenda and the individual chapter summary packets for the two chapters that will be reviewed are attached.

In case you can’t make it to a Unified Development Code Advisory Committee meeting, the meetings are televised and can also be viewed live on the web at the CCTV website.
To view UDCAC meetings live on the web just go to the “Meeting Information Page” on the UDC project website and click the link to “Watch Meeting.” You’ll then be redirected to the Streaming Video page of the CCTV website where you just have to click “LIVE” to watch the meeting.
