February 2, 2011, UDC Advisory Committee Meeting Recap:
The UDC Advisory Committee met on Wednesday of this week to review the Street Naming, Addressing, & Vacation of Public Property chapter (SRC 260) and the Nonconforming Situations chapter (SRC 290) of the UDC. The Committee completed their review of the two chapters, and additional chapters were assigned to be reviewed at their next meeting.

Next UDC Advisory Committee Meeting:
The next meeting of the UDC Advisory Committee will be held on March 2nd. (**Please note that the regularly scheduled meeting on February 16th has been canceled**)
Two new chapters will be introduced for review, including:
SRC 210 (Planned Unit Development)
Above are the individual packets for the identified chapters. These packets are also available on the Unified Development Code project website. Each of the packets includes the following three items:
1) A chapter highlights page providing an overview of the chapter and identifying revision highlights;
2) The proposed new UDC chapter; and
3) The corresponding existing code chapter, for comparison purposes.
New UDC Video on Project Website:
The next time you’re visiting the UDC project website you’ll notice a new addition to the home page, an informational video providing background on the UDC project. The video was produced by Community Development Department staffer Cyndi Easterly and represents the first of several informational videos planned for the future.
