Arbuckle Costic Architects is a Salem-based architectural corporation with over 53 years of service to clients throughout the Willamette Valley and greater Oregon. Since 1958, the firm has steadily expanded its capabilities. The firm proudly serves a broadly based spectrum of clients ranging from education to health and commerce, including financial institutions, as well as clients at all levels of government, from municipal to state and federal agencies, and the private sector.

Arbuckle Costic Architects is a full-service architectural firm, inclusive of interior design and space planning services. Our in-house services include: Architectural Design, Bond Assistance, Project Research (Feasibility Studies), Master Planning, Cost Control Estimates, Space Needs Programming, Construction Documents, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Energy Conservation Studies, Construction Inspection, Building and Life Safety Code Reviews, and Interior Design and Space Planning.

Arbuckle Costic Architects employs six professionally licensed Oregon architects, fourinterns, three clerical employees, two interior designers, and three drafters. One architect is licensed in Washington and another in California.

Arbuckle Costic Architects uses Revit Architectural Suite for 3-D drawing and modeling along with the traditional AutoCAD. Our office has made a commitment to developing drawing ‘models’ for our building projects that can then be transitioned into 3-D views. The development of more complex projects often requires the full use of BIM (building information modeling) to handle the coordination of all of the subsystems within the building projects. 3-D animation views can be supplied on projects to assist in the understanding of complex design problems and the corresponding solutions.

Forging relationships in the development of our projects is at the core of our design practice. Our Owner/Architect relationships assist in providing enhanced design solutions to our clients’ specific needs. We listen and thoroughly represent our clients in all aspects of the design process.
