In addition to new building design, renovation and remodeling projects have been a consistent part of our work load. Numerous projects for public and private clients have involved complete building makeovers as well as interior renovations. Project challenges include seismic and other upgrades designed to meet new codes, ADA compliance, and construction phasing within occupied spaces.
