Attention Members: Below is an update on Wednesday’s event. The prices have changed and the RSVP period has been extended until 2pm tomorrow.

Here is the final menu update and price structure.

People making reservations need to be mindful that they must select an Entrée Choice. If a meal choice is not selected, then one may get a vegetarian meal. The RSVP should also list the number of people in their group. No-shows will be billed.

Attendees should also indicate what membership category they fall into for appropriate pricing.

Attendees are encouraged to pay with cash / check as this will translate into a cost savings to them.

Attendees are also encouraged to car pool.

  • AIA – Member @ $20 for Dinner and up to 3 CEUs (Spouse and S.O. at the same price)
  • AIA Associate Member @ $18 for Dinner and up to 3 CEUs (Spouse and S.O. at the same price)
  • Architect Non-member @ $22 for Dinner and up to 3 CEUs (Spouse and S.O. at the same price)
  • Architecture Student @ $16 for Dinner (Spouse and S.O. at the same price)
  • Professional Affiliate @ $20 for Dinner and up to 3 CEUs (Spouse and S.O. at the same price) (P.A. = Engineers, Planners, Interior Designers, Contractors, etc.)
  • CEUs Only without Dinner: $5 / CEU Event Attended (3 events available)

PAYMENT:

  • The above costs reflect cash / check payment.
  • A 10% service charge will be added for those who choose to pay with credit / debit cards.
  • Written receipts will be provided for those paying with cash.

RSVP – Socializer: The on-line Reservation system closed at noon today.

We can still accept individual reservations up until 2:00 PM on Tuesday May 17th. To make use of the extended RSVP opportunity attendees will need to send their RSVP to Richard Bryant at altavistadesign@comcast.net

Attendees are not required to attend all of the three events to earn CUE credits. Members wishing or needing to record and earn CEUs can do so as follows:

  • Wave Research Center Event @ 4:00 PM earns 1 CEU
  • Energy Center Event @ 5:15 +/- PM earns 1 CEU
  • Social + Dinner + “Learning from Japan” Event starting at 6:30 PM earns 1 CEU

Total available HSW / SD CEUs will be 3

Those wishing to only attend the CEU-eligible events without dinner can do so by paying $5 per event / CEU. This cost is to cover the Chapter’s administrative costs to record the attendance and the number / type of CEU earned.

Those attending the dinner do not pay an additional fee for the CEU recording efforts.
